This one's quite simple. If you're not happy within your first 45 days as a customer, we'll refund all your hosting fees. That's a serious commitment to customer service. The money-back-guarantee has a few exclusions:
Should cancellation be made by the Supplier due to a violation of the Agreement by the Customer, there will be no refund issued to the Customer.
The Customer shall, on request, be entitled to a full refund of any Charges, unless otherwise indicated in any related Supplementary Terms for that particular Service.
