This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made between OneStopWP.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your"). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
1.1 Eligibility: To join the OneStopWP.com Affiliate Program, contact us per the instructions on the Affiliate page. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
1.2 Affiliate Account: Once approved, you will receive access to your affiliate materials via email.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1 Promotion Methods: As an affiliate, you agree to ethically promote OneStopWP.com services using approved marketing methods, including but not limited to:
- Blog posts, reviews, and website placements.
- Social media promotions.
- Email marketing (no spam policies apply).
- Paid advertising (excluding bidding on OneStopWP.com brand-related keywords).
2.2 Restricted Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Using misleading, false, or deceptive marketing tactics.
- Promoting OneStopWP.com on illegal or offensive websites.
- Offering unauthorized discounts or incentives.
- Violating intellectual property rights or impersonating OneStopWP.com.
2.3 Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and FTC disclosure requirements when promoting OneStopWP.com.
3. Commissions & Payment
3.1 Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn commissions based on successful referrals that meet the following conditions:
- The referred customer completes a valid purchase.
- The customer remains active and does not cancel within 50 (fifty) days of signing up.
3.2 Payment Terms:
- Payments are made on a monthly basis.
- The minimum payout threshold is EUR 100 (one hundred euros).
- Payments are issued via bank transfer.
- Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
3.3 Refunds & Chargebacks: If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s earnings.
4. Tracking
4.1 Tracking Period: Our affiliate system tracks referrals via a UTM parameter.
4.2 Each affiliate have unique promo codes that track conversions
5. Termination & Account Suspension
5.1 Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying us via email.
5.2 Termination by OneStopWP.com: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account without prior notice if:
- You violate any terms of this Agreement.
- Your marketing methods harm our reputation.
- Fraudulent or unethical activity is detected.
5.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited if the termination was due to a breach of this Agreement.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
6.1 No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific income levels or success from participation in the Affiliate Program.
6.2 Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneStopWP.com from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their promotional activities.
6.3 Program Changes: OneStopWP.com reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved through court in Estonia.
8. Acceptance of Terms
