This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made between OneStopWP.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your"). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
1.1 Eligibility: To join the OneStopWP.com Affiliate Program, apply using the form or contact details on the Affiliate page. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. 1.2 Approval: Once approved, you will receive confirmation by email. Promo codes and affiliate materials are provided as described in Section 4.
2.1 Promotion Methods: As an affiliate, you agree to ethically promote OneStopWP.com services using approved marketing methods, including but not limited to: blog posts, reviews, and website placements; social media promotions; email marketing (no spam policies apply); paid advertising (excluding bidding on OneStopWP.com brand-related keywords). 2.2 Restricted Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from: using misleading, false, or deceptive marketing tactics; promoting OneStopWP.com on illegal or offensive websites; offering unauthorized discounts or incentives; violating intellectual property rights or impersonating OneStopWP.com. 2.3 Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and FTC disclosure requirements when promoting OneStopWP.com.
3.1 Commission Structure: Affiliates earn a fixed commission for each qualifying Personal, Business, or Enterprise plan sale attributed to them. Published rates depend on (a) the plan purchased, (b) whether the sale is billed monthly or annually, and (c) the affiliate's sales volume tier in the calendar month of the sale, as shown on the Affiliate page. Rates assume the customer pays list price with no discount code. If a discount code is applied to the purchase, the commission for that sale is reduced by the monetary value of the discount. A sale qualifies only if the referred customer completes a valid purchase and remains active without cancelling within 50 (fifty) days of signing up. 3.2 Payment Terms: Payouts are issued by bank transfer in the first week of each month for commissions earned in the previous month. The minimum payout threshold is EUR 100 (one hundred euros). Amounts below the threshold roll forward to the next payout period. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. 3.3 Refunds & Chargebacks: If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate's earnings. 3.4 Rate Changes: Current tier rates are published on the Affiliate page and may be updated from time to time. OneStopWP.com may modify commission rates prospectively without prior notice.
4.1 Tracking: Referrals are tracked via UTM parameters that the affiliate provides in advance and via unique promo codes. 4.2 Promo Codes: After approval, affiliates may request promo codes from their affiliate manager. There is no fixed limit on the number of codes. Codes are issued after the request is approved. Promo codes may offer referred customers up to 50% (fifty percent) off, as determined by the codes issued for the affiliate's campaigns. 4.3 Reporting: We provide traffic reporting (for example from Google Analytics) and promo-code usage reporting (for example from Stripe) as described on the Affiliate page.
5.1 Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying us via email. 5.2 Termination by OneStopWP.com: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account without prior notice if: you violate any terms of this Agreement; your marketing methods harm our reputation; fraudulent or unethical activity is detected. 5.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited if the termination was due to a breach of this Agreement.
6.1 No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific income levels or success from participation in the Affiliate Program. 6.2 Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneStopWP.com from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their promotional activities. 6.3 Program Changes: OneStopWP.com reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved through court in Estonia.
